Before you contact us

Try these quick checks first:

  1. Update the app to the latest released version.
  2. Confirm that Location permission is enabled for race tracking.
  3. Confirm that Notifications are enabled for the app.
  4. If the issue is tied to a specific event, ask the race organizer to verify that the correct competition, race, and boat registration are active.

If the app worked earlier the same day and then stopped during a race, the race organizer can often confirm very quickly whether the issue is app-related or event setup-related.
